      When to recommend

      Default rules for current and new equipment using tenant settings. A recommendation can also trigger earlier when consumption history predicts toner will run out within the shipping time and safety buffer.

      Switches equipment with custom recommendation rules to Use tenant settings. Delivery details, spare stock, On/Off choices, and existing approvals are preserved. Equipment can be customized again later.

      The Overview low-supply indicator uses a separate 15% threshold.

        Move equipment retired when an agent was deleted to a replacement agent in the same tenant. Original equipment records, meter readings, supplies, and scan history are preserved. The deleted agent and its Collector ID are not restored.
